This past fall we had a grandmotherly consultant come in to rectify the rather ad hoc data model we'd cobbled together
at PatientFocus. That process is now well underway and has made my old data integrity nightmares fade into memory. In
addition, Beverly provided me with some guidance on resources for setting up a data warehouse and doing so to extract
useful KPI for the business. Toward understanding these she recommended Bernard Marr's KPI book, which is a set of 75
commonly used ones. Each is paired with reasoning for use and example calculations. Very nice. Unfortunately many typos,
though perhaps this is a result of translating things to American currency.
