I've spent the last 2 hours trying unsuccessfully to register Maxwell for the SATs. You know, for the Duke TIP program. It's the last day to register for May's test date. (Yes, I know I'm a slacker parent.) But Maxwell is not yet 13. I cannot sign him up online. I cannot sign him up by phone. The SAT people believe all high school guidance councilors have paper forms. MNPS high schools don't have any. Even if you drive to them. WCS high schools don't have them either. There is nowhere online where you can print them out from. So I had to call to order paper forms sent to our house. Paper forms. Mailed to my house. In 2016. They'll be here in 2 weeks. Guess he'll be taking it in June. |
