In the interest of sharing more interesting content to you, the reader, I present today this video from Rare Earth regarding the grain teff:
The Rare Earth series is run by Evan Hadfield, who has somewhat piggybacked on his father Chris Hadfield's internet fame in creating this brand. Nevertheless, although Evan Hadfield's delivery can be rather droll and does not draw the viewer in initially, once you listen for a while you realize that he's got some interesting things to say. Hadfield's channel is basically a travelogue, but if you're interested in faraway places and other cultures you can almost see it as modern day anthropology. He goes these places to study the humans that live there and share something about them. Which I think is a beautiful thing and I hope you do too!
