I have this marathon training schedule that I'm trying to keep up with. Last week
I was really off. This morning I had a great run. The air was cool. There was a breeze. My legs felt strong. I love the
feeling of a good run. Not all runs are good runs though. When it's cold, dark and damp I have a hard time enjoying a run.
When my feet hurt I have a hard time enjoying a run. When I have eaten too recently I have a hard time enjoying a run.
The good runs are what making running worth it though. And today was a good run.
