Savannah to Chicago

Third time in the Savannah airport this week. Or ever. I've hitherto always driven to/from here. Like I did from Atlanta not long ago. Like I will to Atlanta next month. So far the logistics of this month have gone off without a hitch. We'll see how the trip to Vegas goes in a few weeks.

I got to hang out with Lexi and my parents today. They got her this really cool thing called Tinkercrate. I hadn't heard of it, but it's like a kid Maker kit that comes every month. Lexi was wiring up a breadboard to make a thing that spins paper so you can drop paint on it.

Zinny was pretty devastated when I packed my suitcases this morning. She's been sleeping on Zara's blanket which is now rolled up in my suitcase. We danced and she looked at me with forlorn eyes. It was really hard not to tear up. She's such a great dog. The one part we missed in our planning was the requirement that pets come into the country through Oslo. I've got to either figure a workaround or bite the bullet on the December flight back and switch it.
