These are my all time favorite cookie.
Translated for the Norwegian kitchen:
Cream butter and sugar. Add flour, vanilla sugar and nuts. Roll into balls. Bake at 175°C for 20 minutes or until light brown. Cool slightly. Put in bag with confectioner's sugar & shake to lightly coat balls.
