Coffee Cake!

This morning for breakfast I enjoyed coffee cake just like my mom used to make. I didn't have any milk, so I had to substitute with coconut, but it still turned out delicious...

kake:
400 ml hvetmel
200 ml sukker
1 tsp vaniljesukker
2 tsp bakepulver
1 egg
100g smør
400ml kokosmelk

topping:
1 tsp kanel
50g smør
100ml brunsukker
