Driving the Alfa Romeo along the windy edge of the Hardangerfjord this afternoon with Lars I felt my very being risen higher and higher and higher and, stopping å tisse, I wrote this poem:
apples groves across the fjord
whitecaps on the water
snowcaps on the mountains
noonday sun shining to the south
roadside icy chandeliers
