Came over in the afternoon & saw all 4 cats: Sisu, Olivia, Yelena & Aladdin
Refilled their food bowl.
Snuggled with Aladdin on the couch.

Split a can 4 ways for breakfast which they heartily enjoyed.
Aladdin licked every else's plates clean after they finished.
He was not around at supper time, the other 3 each enjoyed their quarter can though.

During the night they finished up their bowl of dry food.
Thus they were very happy to get their special spoonfuls this morning!

All four were happy this evening with their special spoonfuls.

Again they finished off a ful bowl of dry food in the night!

Sisu didn't feel like coming out of the bedroom for her canned food, so I let
her eat it in there.

The other three were happy in the kitchen. It's amazing to me how friendly they
are with eachother, even licking from the same spoon!

Yelena was my snuggle buddy as I worked this morning...

The first night where they didn't finish their dry food.

All four were in the kitchen immediately when they heard me get out the can this
morning.

I spent the better part of the morning with the cats. They were fairly silly
with their special spoonfuls. I've been feeding them on little plates and today
they switched all around. Sisu took a few licks and went back to bed. Yelena
decided Sisu's looked tastier. Olivia ate Yelena's after licking her own.
Aladdin pushed his off the plate and across the kitchen floor with licks.

Piotr was coming, so I took off the rest of the weekend.

After a few days away all the cats were happy to see me ... and met me in the
kitchen where they were ready to receive their special spoonfuls of canned food.
They still had dry food though from when Piotr left this morning.

20210218

I realized this morning that last night's special spoonfuls were the last of the
canned food, so the morning was somewhat delayed until after the morning's
meetings. By then Olivia was out doing her own thing for the day.

Cats had finished their dry food up and Yelena and Aladdin were happy for the
refill and canned food this morning. Sisu decided that it was not worth getting
out of bed for right away. She takes her relaxation very seriously! And Olivia
her outside time (but she stopped in later to receive hers).

Relaxed in the bath with a scotch after feeding the cats in the evening.

Slow morning with the cats. Sisu came in to join me in bed before I got up to
feed them.

All four greeted me warmly when I arrived after work to feed them their special
spoonful.

Hurried morning, but everyone was there; Olivia and Yelena rubbing against my
legs as I got out their canned food for breakfast.

When I got back from the office Aladdin and Olivia followed me around even after
I fed them. I think they are wondering where their usual people have gone. Still
Olivia doesn't really want to be petted, but the other 3 readily accept my
affection.

Another hurried morning, but I promised to sepend time with them in the
afternoon. All cats were in prompt attendence for both morning and evening
canned food. Aladdin & Olivia were off after that in the evening. I snuggled
with Sisu for a while though on the bed, and she let me pet her. She's a sweet
old cat.

Didn't make it for the morning, so they were all very happy to see me in the
afternoon.

Lazy Friday - all day around the house with the cats.

Lazy Saturday - all day around the house with the cats.

Being that it's a warm day, Aladdin has taken to sleeping on my sweater.
Although I'm sure it's a sign of affection, it probably also means I need to wash
it.

Olivia was sleeping on the trampoline and very surprised when I climbed on to
see her - she made a hasty escape!

No sign of Olivia this morning, but I received much affection from Yelena and
Aladdin. I wonder if they'll miss me next when I stop coming around every day.

Worked with cats all around and left them for the evening with their afternoon
meal.

Zipped through this more to replesh their food supplies and give them the usual
spot of canned food. Saw all four of them. I am definitely going to miss this
crew next week!

Yelena is also a drooler...

I think the cats may be tiring of me. My jacket was sitting on the table
tonight and someone peed on it. I blocked Yelena from stealing Olivia's canned
food this evening, so maybe she was mad at me. I don't know who it was.

To sum up the relationships so far, Aladdin likes to be petted and accepts that
I pick him up so that he can't steal the food of the others. Yelena likes to be
petted sometimes which she signals by coming over and rubbing my legs or
stepping onto my keyboard. She is als a talker, but I'm not really sure what the
vocalizations she directs at me mean. Sisu does not alway like that I use her
favorite bed, but sometimes she will lay there with me. Usually my attempts to
pet her are met with a his, but sometimes she lets me. Olivia I see the least of
all and while she'll rub up against my legs she jumps away if I try to pet her.

Spent the morning with the cats. Yelena definitely needed the attention!

20210306
Didn't see Aladdin when I was at the house today. Yelena was her usual talkative
affectionate self, and Olivia was also lounging around in the house. Sisu was
prowling the grounds but did not come inside. Tomorrow Anette is going to feed
them while I'm out of town. And then Pål will take over when Daniel gets back
Monday.
