Another month brings an earlier dawn with sunrise today at 7:06 AM. Of course, I still woke up at 5:30 so but sunrise I was already deep in the woods with the dogs. The past couple weeks have been rather sedentary apart from my time out in Nature with the dogs. Iwona and I trade off who has time and energy to take them in the morning, but in the evening and weekends we often take them together. Spring will be here soon and I am already making plans for the garden. I am nervous about getting back out running, but I have a race in a week and a half. Just gotta get back out there I suppose.
