This week the YouTube algorithm dumped a real gem in my lap: Graham Weaver's talk on living what he calls an Asymmetric Life. He defines a decision as asymmetric if the downside risk is significantly smaller than the potential upside, and lists four imperatives to lead an asymmetric life:
