Entering the Volcanic regions of southern France that I really didn't know anything about I was very happy to find Known & Little-Known Volcanoes of the Massif Central in a store in Le-Puy-en-Velay yesterday. And I gorged myself on the knowledge here today in a bar in Saint-Privat-d'Allier. Francis Debaisieux's photos provide concrete examples of the geological formation described in Noël Graveline's text. And it seems that I'll be passing through another volcanic region in Aubrac. Truly a perfect book for this journey.
