Cava

Cava is a DO located in the autonomous communities of
Aragón, Castilla y León,
Catalunya, Extremadura,
La Rioja, Navarra and
València in España. It is a sparkling wine made with the same technique as
Champagne and was often called Spanish Champagne until EU law forbad it.
