Rosso Conero is a red wine grown and vinted in the Ancona province of the Marche region from the grapes Montepulciano and Sangiovese. It was declared a DOC on 21 July 1967. The wine must have at least an 11.5% alcohol, or 12.5% plus two years of aging to be labeled Riserva.
