Falerio dei Colli Ascolani

Falerio dei Colli Ascolani, shortenable to Falerio, is a wine grown in the Ascoli Piceno province of the Marche region of Italy. This DOC was created on April 28th, 1975, requiring the wine to be made from 20-50% Trebbiano Toscano, 10-30% Passerina and 10-30% Pecorino. The remainder can be other white varietals from the zone, but the alcohol content must be at least 11.5%.
