Dolcetto di Ovada is a wine grown in the Alessandria province of the Piemonte region. The Dolcetto grape is used in its production. This DOC was created on 1 September 1972, requiring 11.5% alcohol in the wine or 12.5% and 1 year of aging to be labeled Superiore.
