Dolcetto di Dogliani Superiore

Dogliani, also known as Dolcetto di Dogliani Superiore to signify the use of the Dolcetto grape, is a wine grown in the Cuneo province of Italia's Piemonte region. The Dolcetto di Dogliani's DOC status was granted on June 26th, 1974, while the Superiore DOCG was created on July 6th, 2005. However, if the wine is aged one year and has 12.5% alcohol it can be labeled Superiore.
