Moscato d'Asti

Though technically under the auspices of the Asti DOCG and made from the same Moscato Canelli grape, Moscato d'Asti is rather different - not even a sparkling wine! It is produced in the Alessandria, Asti and Cuneo provinces of Piemonte and by law limited to an alcohol content of not more than 5.5%.
