Carema

Carema is a wine grown in the Turin province of the Piemonte region. This DOC was created on 9 July 1967. A minimum 85% Nebbiolo can be blended with other red grapes. The wine requires at least three years of aging before release and a 12% alcohol level. The Riserva, however, requires at least four 4 years aging.
