Veneto

Veneto is divided into the provinces of Belluno, Padua, Treviso, Rovigo, Venice, Verona and Vicenza. Collectively with Friuli-Venezia Giulia and Trentino this part of Italia is known as Tre Venezie. The Po and Adige rivers flow from the hills to the sea in the Veneto, and in the west of the region there is the volcanic Monte Lessini. IGT wines produced in the region may carry the word "Veneto" on the label.
