Nogaro is a lovely little town. The trail from there passes out into cornfields to the village of Lelin-Lapujolle at the halfway point. Then it's back into the fields until one finally reaches a group of towns on the l'Adour, the river that gives its name to the largest, Aire-Sur-L'Adour. Crossing the river into town one finds oneself in the region of Nouvelle-Aquitaine.
