The Via Imperii is the old trade route of the Holy Roman Empire between Stettin on the Baltic Sea and Rome on the Italian Peninsula. The part through Germany is also consider one of the routes of the Camino de Santiago continuing from the Droga Pomorska in Poland. Listed below are just the segments that overlap with the Camino.
