Tweet This section of the Camino goes down from Puente la Reina to Estalla, which are also known as Gares and Lizarra respectively in Basque. Signage is bilingual in Spanish and Basque along the way. In 2022 I started at Puente la Reina with breakfast. From there I went to Circauqui which is, of course, on a hill. I think all the towns in Navarra are on hills. Next was Lorca, where I stopped for lunch at a restaurant run by a nice Korean lady. South Korea has Catholics too. Finally one reachs Estella situated on the Ega river. Hiked: |
