Philip K. Dick writes weird stories that seem to always have
the main character unsure of the veracity of reality and
trying to uncover some mystery. I have seen most of the films
based on his books and enjoyed Amazon's take on The Man in
the High Castle in their Prime series (although I haven't
finished it yet), but Ubik was the first of his books
I've read. It was a little to weird to be interesting, honestly.
I might have enjoyed it as a short film, but in novel form I
struggled to get sucked in and really enjoy it.
