It's been a very busy few days. Saturday I ran the Kerzerslauf to get me one Canton closer to complete my goal of running a race in them all. I spent most of the race needlessly worrying about the dogs who were relaxing in the car in the shade with open windows. Then on Saturday evening I picked up Iwona at the aiport after wandering around with the dogs in the afternoon. Sunday saw us walking along the Via Jacobi between Flüeli-Ranft and Stans - 20 km although the last half the dogs and I ran alone while Iwona took the bus. And today I'm on my way to Bergen.
