Simon Sinek has a very engaging voice. Does it translate to the written word? Reading Start With Why I was initially not convinced. He's a bit too much of an Apple fanboy. I don't use a Mac because I believe in Apple's WHY. I use a Mac because of the ecosystem around developing being geared that way. If I believed in something I would still use Linux. Eventually Sinek does expand beyond the Apple example though and the book is useful. The WHY to HOW to WHAT model of understanding purpose at work is useful. Sinek is still best in the spoken word.
