Michael D. Watkins The First 90 Days is considered a classic for good reason. One's initial approach to a new role will set the tone for their tenure in that role, so it's of vital importance to get the first ninty days in a new role right. I started reading this book when I started at Ailly, but accidentally left it in Poland last December so I didn't get it back and finish it until Ailly was already coming to an end. C'est la vive.
