25 December 2025 - Adetswil This is a Polish cookie recipe I learned earlier this month for making carmel peanut cookies. Ingredients:
First mix the butter, kajmak and salt. Then slowly mix in the flour in portions. Once mixed, take a ball of dough in hand and smack it flat with the other hand. Then place a small amount of kajmak in the middle and wrap it up into a ball before putting in on a baking sheet. Repeat until the sheet is full.
Then insert a few peanut halves into the top of each cookie. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180° C.
