There's noise these days about llms.txt as a file like
robots.txt which you add to your website for large
language models scraping data. Except that it's just a
proposal and
it seems none of the major players is interested in using it. I
would guess OpenAI probably even ignores robots.txt when it's
scraping. So don't waste your time.
