Mas de Vers to Cahors Lot, France Trails Index | Via Podiensis

Leaving the crossroads of Mas-de-Vers, it's about 6km down along roads and trails down to an old mill. Much is forested, but coming up from the mill the forst had burned in 2026 so didn't provide much cover. At Flaujac-Poujols there is a picnic area with water by a soccer field. Then it's a climb up to a rocky scrub highland where the trail becomes a braid of trails and it's fairly easy to get lost. The decent down to the Lot is another steep one and Cahors starts before crossing the bridge, although most of it is on the other side.
