Semi-Annual Yoga UpdateLast Blog | Index | Next Blog Books | Project Ninety | Training | Yoga 11 February 2022 - Adetswil Today my brain is not working full speed because I think I may be sick again. At there's nasal congestion and a general fogginess about my head this morning. Anyway, Project Ninety seems to be going well and I've been getting on the yoga mat more in addition to running. Iwona enjoys doing yoga with me even as she is recovering from knee surgery, thus I've also had to become more communicative about my yoga. And saying "now do this one" is not really descriptive even though I know how it's supposed to look I don't often know the name. Ergo I decided to produce another baseline set of photographs of poses I know since the last ones are two years old. I'm not really progressing forward in yoga, but it's a practice so I'm happy to remain where I am.
