Kishimi and Koga has written an interesting discussion of Adlerian psychology in the form of a dialogue in their book The Courage to be Disliked. They contrast his teleological approach with Freud's more famous etiological one. The themes of the book are elucidated through this dialogue between a youth and a philosopher. Deny trauma. All problems are interpersonal relationship problems. Discard othe people's tasks. Et cetera. While the dialogue format can definitely feel hokey at points, it's still worth a read for the underlying message.
