I love arugula! I first really discovered this when experimenting with seeds in our garden in Tennessee. I tried just about everything to see what would grow. The arugula did great and I enjoyed it's peppery, nutty taste when fresh from the garden. Now here I have a garden again and I planted arugula and have been enjoying eating it. Unfortunately though I have discovered a correlation between eating a large bowl of it and having the back undersides of my tongue sore the next day. Like painfully sore! I have been trying to blame it on other things and last night ate another large bowl with mozzarella di bufala in the middle. This morning I woke up full of regret as my mouth was again in pain. So today I am writing myself this blog to remind my later self so maybe I won't do it again.
